There are 3 tracts to the Lake Monroe Conservation Area. I'll have directions to the other locations after I complete mapping the trail networks. The Brickyards Slough tract is by far the most interesting. It is a couple of miles north of SR 46 on SR 415.
The Brickyard Slough Tract has excellent trails for hiking, mountain biking, and the primary activity of horseback riding. This is a really remote area - but offers incredible scenery and amazing vistas of the St. Johns River. The area can be a bit wet in the Summer and after rains, but the trails in the eastern area of the property are sandy and dry weather and hard packed in wet weather.
