General Information
Queens County is one of five counties of New York's sixty-two that is a division of New York City and is considered a borough. It is also the largest of the five boroughs as far as area and has the second largest population of the boroughs next to The Bronx. It contains two of the three major New York City airports (John F.Kennedy and LaGuardia). Queens County is also home to the New York Mets baseball team and the annual U.S. open hels at USTA Billie Jean King Natinoal Tennis Center. According to an American Community Survey, Queens County contains nearly 48% immigrants which makes the county New York Cities most diverse borough.
